At TentBox, we want you to love your new gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original bag.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup for maximum convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
